We hope you love your Meltology order, however if there are any issues with your order we will of course resolve them as soon as possible. Please email Meltology@hotmail.com with any refund or returns enquiries. We're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require your order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we can not issue a refund.
